Some decisions resist more analysis. You have made the list, asked for advice, replayed the conversation, and turned it over on the drive home and again at three in the morning. The facts may already be clear. What is less clear is how to see them.
Co-Virtue brings executives, founders, and other professionals together in small, structured Socratic Circles to work with real dilemmas. For a few hours, you can put down the pressure to perform, defend a position, or have everything figured out.
Nobody is there to diagnose you or tell you what to do. A circle makes room for difficult questions, listening without the rush to respond, and perspectives you could not have generated alone. Sometimes the most useful outcome is discovering that the question you arrived with is not quite the question you need to answer.
Why a group? Every person approaches a dilemma from somewhere: a history, a role, a professional identity, a habit of attention. When the conversation is well structured, other people do more than add opinions. They change what becomes visible. Another person can notice what your own intelligence keeps filtering out.
| Stage | About | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Arrive | 15 min | A short check-in to land in the room |
| Relate | 15 min | Brief authentic-relating exercises that build the attention and candor the rest of the session depends on |
| Orient | 15 min | The four roles and the list of virtues are introduced; no preparation needed |
| Practice | 90 min | Dilemma sharing, voting, augmentation, and rounds of structured role-play of 12 to 15 minutes. Everyone rotates through all four roles. Focused dialogue. |
| Integrate | 30 min | Land as a group with more authentic-relating practices. Reflection and journaling to carry what shifted back into your week |
“I arrived at the circle with a board-level decision that had been keeping me up at night for weeks. The format forced me to listen without immediately responding, showing me patterns that run on auto-pilot. The group helped find a clarity I hadn’t reached on my own.”
Adriana O. Operations Director and Founder
“I felt a deep mental relief and a completely new perspective on the issues I was unable to see or articulate clearly.”
Mariana G. Creative Director

Local rates are available for individuals based in LATAM, and reduced rates for professionals working in the nonprofit, public/community, and education sectors.
These practices have belonged to everyone for thousands of years. If cost is a barrier, say so: part of every paid session supports reduced rates for non-profits and individuals navigating financially-difficult times. Private circles for couples, families, or friends are also available on request.
You do not need to prepare an argument. Bring a dilemma you genuinely care about, a notebook and pen, and enough curiosity to let the conversation go somewhere you did not plan. Circles run about three hours and about four hours for a First Circle.
